Application: Refers to Turki Slaughter application.
Customer: Refers to the person using the application, whether an individual or legal entity.
2. Agreement to Contract Terms
Your use of the Turki Slaughter application constitutes your acceptance of the contract terms in this agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the application.
3. Changes to the Agreement
If any changes are made to the agreement, you will be notified as soon as possible by publishing the changes on our application or website.
4. Advance Payment
Turki Slaughter application reserves the right to request advance payment at any time without providing any reasons.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
The customer does not have the right to cancel the order once it has been confirmed.
The customer does not have the right to cancel the order once payment has been collected.
The customer has the right to modify the order if the order has not been confirmed or payment collected.
6. Purchase Order Acceptance
Turki Slaughter application reserves the right to cancel orders without notice.
7. Return or Replacement Policy
The customer has the right to request a return or replacement within (24) hours of receiving the order in case of defects or if the order differs from what was requested.

The application reserves the full right to verify and process the complaint within (48) hours.
8. Refund Policy
If payment was made via (Mada card), the amount will be refunded to the customer's account within (10) working days (according to bank policy).
If payment was made via (credit card - Visa), the amount will be refunded within (15) working days (according to bank policy).
9. Delivery Time, Method, and Location
Turki Slaughter application is committed to delivering orders on time except in cases of exceptional circumstances or force majeure.
The maximum waiting time for the driver to receive the order is (15 minutes).
Orders (slaughtered meat) are delivered in refrigerated vehicles.
The customer is obligated to receive the order at the agreed location and may not require the delivery person to deliver to another address.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All contents included in the Turki Slaughter application (including logos, images, audio clips, symbols, software) are copyrighted.
We reserve all our rights and ownership of the application and services, including intellectual property rights contained within the terms of use.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
