Terms and Conditions - Turki Dabayeh App and Website
Welcome to 'Turki Dabayeh', we at Al-Maraa Trading Company - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - owner of the 'Turki Dabayeh' app, are pleased to provide this website and 'Turki Dabayeh' app as a service to our customers. Please note that your use of the website/app service constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
- • Company: Al-Maraa Trading Company, Commercial Registration No. (1010476540), Riyadh - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- • Turki Dabayeh Website and App: The electronic website and application on the internet
- • User: The natural or legal person using the website/app, who must be over 18 years old
- • User Information: Personal details provided through the website/app
- • Products: All items produced for sale, marketing or export, including industrial, agricultural products, services and food items
- • Content: Any reviews, comments, messages, images, videos, codes or materials displayed or broadcast on the website/app
2. Agreement to Contract Terms
- Your use of the 'Turki Dabayeh' app/website constitutes acceptance of these terms
- If you do not agree, you must stop using the app/website
- You are responsible for reading these terms each time you use the app/website
- Continued use represents acceptance of the latest version of the terms
- Using your account constitutes full acceptance and responsibility for orders
3. Changes to the Agreement
- We reserve the right to modify terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
- Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the app/website
4. Prepayment
- We have the right to request prepayment at any time without stating reasons
- The customer may not oblige us to accept payment on delivery
- Refusal to prepay authorizes us to cancel the order
- In case of payment on delivery and refusal to receive, the customer bears full cost of order and delivery
5. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation by the call center
- Modification is only possible before confirmation or payment
- After payment and confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled or changed
- Refusal to prepay automatically cancels the order
6. Order Acceptance
- We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order
- We may request additional information before acceptance
- You will be contacted in case of order cancellation or need for more data
- If payment was made and order is cancelled, amount will be refunded to card or wallet
- Customer is responsible for card validity when requesting refund
7. Return or Replacement Policy
Meat and poultry products: Cannot be returned or replaced after delivery except in case of company error or damage
- Must be in original unopened packaging
- Must be stored properly in cool place
- Must have order confirmation, delivery notice and accessories/gifts if any
- Products not matching customer's choice will be replaced
- Must contact us within 3 hours of receiving order via unified number (920002974)
- Company has right to verify and process complaint within 48 hours
- Refusing to receive order without reason doesn't entitle customer to claim its value
- Credit card refunds processed within 48 hours (may be delayed by bank)
- Customer may not claim compensation for any delay caused by bank
8. Refund Policy
- Mada card: Refund within 10 working days
- Credit card (Visa): Within 15 working days
- Cash payment: Refund within 24 working hours
- Customer bears bank transfer fees if any
- Payment method cannot be changed after order confirmation
9. Delivery
- We strive to deliver orders on time, except for circumstances beyond our control
- Orders over 200 SAR get free delivery
- Maximum waiting time for driver is 10 minutes, then proceeds to other orders
- Orders delivered in refrigerated vehicles compliant with SFDA specifications
- Customer must be at agreed delivery location. Address change costs 15 SAR
- If error in receipt data, customer bears additional fees not exceeding 30 SAR
- Upon delivery, confirmation code is requested and considered official receipt
- Delays due to traffic or customer error are not compensated
10. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content (logos, images, symbols, software...) is owned by 'Turki Dabayeh' app/website
- None may be used without prior written permission
11. Privacy Policy
- Privacy policy explains how user data is collected, used and protected
- No personal data is collected without user knowledge
- Data is used for analysis, development and service improvement
- You may be asked to provide information like: name, email, contact number, location
- Information is used to improve customer experience, services, offers, responses and statistics
- We may collect non-personal information like device type or browser
- We will send SMS or emails related to orders or offers
- User can unsubscribe by contacting us
- Data is collected and stored with strict security and protection measures
- Your information won't be disclosed except by official request or as required by law
- Privacy policy may be updated anytime, and we will notify you via email
12. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by Saudi Arabian laws
- They shall be interpreted accordingly, and customer submits to jurisdiction of Riyadh courts
